Who issues the permits
The City of Perris handles permits inside its limits; Mead Valley, Good Hope, Nuevo and the surrounding unincorporated areas are permitted by Riverside County.
What the lots are like
Perris is home to the Clayton plant, so delivery for Tempo, Harmony, Encore and CrossMod homes is a short local move. The area around town is largely larger residential and agricultural parcels, where a big double-wide, a triple-wide or a CrossMod home fits well.
