Privacy Policy
This website is run by NCM M.H. Sales, doing business as Net Cost Manufactured Homes, a California-licensed manufactured home dealer (HCD Dealer License DL1616450) at 38579 Lochinvar Ct, Murrieta, CA 92562. This page explains, in plain terms, what information the site collects, what we do with it, who else receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to netcostmanufacturedhomes.com and nothing else.
The short version
- The only personal information we collect is what you type into a quote request: your name and email, plus a phone number, city or ZIP code and message if you choose to add them.
- We use it to answer that request and to prepare a written estimate. We do not build marketing lists, send newsletters, or sell or share personal information for advertising.
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete what you sent at any time.
Information you give us
The quote forms on the home page, the floor plan pages and the area pages ask for your name and email address, which are required so we can reply. You may also give a phone number, the plan you are interested in, the city or ZIP code where the home will go, the type of land, and a free-text message. The form also records which page of our site you sent it from so we know which plan you were looking at.
The "Find my home" quiz asks about bedrooms, budget and where the home will go. Your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us unless you press "Get a complete project estimate", which copies a summary of them into the quote form for you to review before sending.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, ours is served by computers that see your device's IP address and browser details with each request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, uses that information to deliver the pages, protect the site from abuse, limit how many quote requests can be sent from one address per minute, and run the Turnstile check that tells people from automated programs on the quote form. Cloudflare keeps short-lived logs of requests for up to seven days for troubleshooting. Those logs contain request details, never the contents of a form.
We set no cookies. To remember the plans you tick for comparison, your catalog filters and your quiz progress while you browse, the site keeps that information in your browser's session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.
How we use your information
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your request. That means emailing or calling you back about the plan you asked about, asking follow-up questions about your site, and preparing an itemized written estimate. If you give a phone number, we use it to call you about your request. We do not send marketing texts, and we will only text you if you ask us to.
Who receives your information
A quote request travels from your browser to our site, which emails it to us. The companies involved in that path are:
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, runs the security and bot checks described above, and keeps the short-lived request logs.
- Resend, Inc., which delivers the email containing your request to our mailbox and keeps a copy of that message for a short period, currently up to 30 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Google LLC, because our business email runs on Google Workspace, so your request arrives in and is stored in a Google mailbox under our account.
If your project moves forward, we may share the information you gave us with a lender, an installer or one of the manufacturers, but only when that is needed for your project and you have asked us to proceed. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. No third party collects personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through this site.
Cookies, tracking and "Do Not Track"
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The Turnstile check on the quote form runs inside a small Cloudflare frame, which may use its own storage on Cloudflare's domain solely to tell people from automated programs. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your address to any font or image service.
Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we treat everyone the same way regardless of browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. If we ever add analytics, we will describe it here first and choose a cookieless, aggregate service.
How long we keep it
We keep your quote request in our mailbox for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any purchase that follows, plus a reasonable period for our business records, and then delete it. Copies held by our email delivery provider expire automatically within 30 days. Cloudflare's request logs, which do not contain form contents, expire within seven days.
Your choices
To see what you sent us, correct it, or have it deleted, email nick.maricic@netcostmanufacturedhomes.com or call (951) 775-9017 from the email address or phone number you used, so we can be sure the request is yours. We will delete the inquiry from our mailbox within ten business days and confirm by reply, and we will ask our email provider to remove any copy still within its retention window. If you simply prefer not to hear from us again, say so and we will stop.
Children
This site is about buying a home and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Every page and form on this site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS, enforced with HSTS). The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting, and the site keeps no database of visitors or customers: your request exists only in the email described above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and where it goes so there is little to lose.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page, change the effective date at the top, and describe any material change in a note here. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
